Sister Rhonda Small, NC Communications Director
Sister to Sister Chapte 3, NC was formed under the leadership of Evangelist Laurice Vance and Evangelist Rhonda Small on Saturday, July 19, 2008 in Raleigh/Durham, NC. We are currently recruiting for 2009's outreach efforts in the NC. We plan to do prayer stations throughout the city, along with working with the local women's shelters and women's support groups.
